Well we all made it safe and sound. Very tired after the flight but excited. We had a very choppy flight from Vancouver to Beijing. Thank you to the Father that I am no longer fearful of flying!!! We had no problems at all through customs. Today we spent the day touring the Forbidden City, and shopping at the world famous Silk Market. It is very hot and HUMID... what is all that moisture???
The youth are having a great time..so no worries parents. I did hold Dustin and Jarod's hand as we crossed the street!! :)
Tomorrow we leave Beijing at 5:30 for our flight to the south. the school is very excited to have us and have many plans for us.
We will also have the opportunity to visit the Panda Habitat on the way back.

Well it's 4:45am and we are off to the airport. Everyone is very excited but tired. The next stop is Vancouver BC and then Beijing. Keep us in your prayers and we'll write soon.

Also the time that you see on our post is actually East Coast time. It's now 6:33am in Havasu.

China time is 15 hours ahead of Havasu time.

Ok it is now T minus 10 hours and counting till we leave Lake Havasu and T Minus 25 hours till we lift off from Las Vegas. Who actually slept last night? I didn't because I am to excited. I went to WalMart yesterday and printed all you Wednesday night kids pictures for our PenPal project! They look very cute. Please pray for us today that we will get everything together and not forget anything that is really important, like Dustin!!!

I will update this afternoon before we leave.

I do know that our flight time from Las Vegas to Beijing is 16 hours!!! Hopefully I'll be able to sleep
Of course we are all looking forward to Airplane food, it's so yummy
And the best part is patrick will be here when I get home!!!
So if you see him before I do, give him a huge hug and say it's from me!
